Line Cooks
Overview:
Line Cooks are the back bone of our restaurant and must eager to work a broad range of stations as well as rotating prep and occasional porter shifts. While professional cooking experience is required, complete and thorough training will be provided from the onset of employment. It is our goal to build a team not defined by station or tenure, but one of universal training and equitable work-share.
We are looking for people who:
- Are excited about working with a small and passionate team of professionals.
- Are self-motivated with excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Are comfortable communicating with co-workers.
- Are detail-oriented and organized.
- Are interested in a constantly changing menu and confident in explaining dishes to staff.
