Fourth of July Smoked Beef Package

Celebrate the Fourth with Coquette's smoked short rib dinner package. Enjoy one of Coquette's signature dishes at home along with some fresh summertime sides and dessert. The short ribs have been lightly cured, cold smoked and then braised until tender. They can be grilled, roasted or seared in a pan to finish at home. This will easily feed 4 people.  

Ryan, the Wine Guy, has put together an optional wine package to compliment your meal. Here's his take: 

"To match the fireworks we have two boisterous bottles! Both a spectacle on the palate…Tintero’s Favorita Bianco will have you awe struck like the first sparkler you ever held, while Zillamina’s chillable red will set your night on fire."
