 A Kansas City native (Missouri side, not Kansas), Jason Kaplan learned to stir, shake, and pour good drinks at Novel, Voltaire, and Lidia’s. When he moved to New Orleans, his favorite city, it only made sense for him to join the team at Coquette, his favorite restaurant. He relishes the creativity that comes with his job and is fulfilled by the strong relationships he cultivates with coworkers and regulars alike. Outside of work, he’s a film buff and can be found buying records, watching basketball and European football, eating too much, and traveling.
